About Us
We are a family run business run by husband and wife teams, Danny and Rachelle and Antony and Simone. Rachelle and Simone are sisters.
Novelties Direct started out fifteen years ago from home with two bedrooms converted into an office and showroom and orders were packed in the lounge. We rented a barn on a farm where we held stock which was collected on a daily basis to fulfil orders. Two years after starting we had grown out of the house and needed to expand. We moved into premises where we now have offices and warehouse space as well as two full-time members of staff and three part-time.
Customer service is something that we pride ourselves on offering a friendly and personal service to advise our customers on suitable products and ranges. Being able to provide a prompt delivery service is very important us and we offer a range of services including a next day delivery. We are also able to source products quickly and efficiently plus we can personalise many items.
Our customers are varied and range from the public ordering for private parties and events to corporate companies including marketing companies and hotel and pub chains. We have also supplied various television programmes such as Big Brother, EastEnders and This Morning as well as theatres and concert traders. We are continuously updating our product ranges and themes to help bring fun and atmosphere to any party and event.
