Synopsis:

Today we would like to wish a Happy New Year to everybody celebrating Chinese New Year on January 23rd. This year is the Year of the Dragon and 15 days of festivities will be taking place in homes starting with a day spent with family and finishing with a New Year Parade. We would love to hear how you will be celebrating this year and whether you are going to be attending a Parade.


Are you celebrating Chinese New Year? Chinese New Year is January 23rd and this year is the Year of the Dragon which is all about drama. This begins 15 days of Celebrations starting with day 1 spending time with family and concluding on day 15 with a New Year Parade which includes a Lantern Festival and a Dragon Dance and the days between are spent at home with family and and visiting in laws. These festivities are enjoyed with enthusiasm and excitement and we would like to wish a Happy Chinese New Year to everybody celebrating.
